Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Pappper (pappper.com). By using the service, you agree to them.
- The service
- Pappper lets you import documents, mark them up on an infinite canvas, and use an AI assistant on your content. Features may change as the product evolves.
- Your account
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email address and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and use only one account per person.
- Acceptable use
- Don't use Pappper to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you have no right to share, attempt to access other accounts, or abuse the service's limits and infrastructure.
- Your content
- You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, back up, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
- AI output
- Replies from the assistant are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Always check answers before relying on them — especially for schoolwork submitted for assessment. AI features depend on third-party providers whose availability and behaviour can change.
- Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider until cancelled. Plan limits are shown before purchase. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Availability
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data beyond what reasonable backups and the trash period provide.
- Termination
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Pappper and delete your content at any time.
- Changes
- We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Pappper after a change means you accept it.
